How to book your slot?

Go to www.spotcharge.co.in or download the SpotCharge App.

Click on the “Book Your Slot” button.

Create your Account for free by adding your personal details, vehicle details and address.

Click on the “My Account” button and select the “Wallet” option.

Add a minimum amount of Rs.80 to the wallet.

Click on the “My Account” button and select the “Available Slots” option.

Select the date as per your requirement

Select The slot as per your requirement

You will get a confirmation message/email with your order details

Plug your bike/scooter charger into the smart plug socket

Click on the “My Account” button and select the “Orders” option.

Go to the order number you have recently booked.

Use Start/Stop/Cancel/Reschedule buttons according to your requirement.

You can go to the “Orders” option by clicking on the “My Account” button and click on the order number to see your vehicle’s charging status or simply you can click on the link provided with the confirmation message.
