Working closely with professionals from France, Italy, and the UK has provided Utsav with valuable insights into their unique approaches to technology and business. His time in Silicon Valley exposed him to cutting-edge technologies and entrepreneurial spirit.

These experiences have shaped Utsav's adaptability, effective communication with multicultural teams, and the ability to leverage cultural strengths for success. In his role at Spotcharge, Utsav oversees technology strategy, product development, technical leadership, team management, infrastructure, technology partnerships, research and development, data privacy and security, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Arpan is an impressive and adaptable technology professional with over a decade of experience. His expertise lies in product development, where he serves as a strategic decision-maker in technical product domains, demonstrating strong project management skills. Notably, Arpan has a track record of successfully building SaaS products from scratch.

With a background spanning various industries, Arpan bridges the gap between fields such as the medical sector and electric vehicle charging. His 10+ years of experience have equipped him with a unique skill set, and he has a proven track record of leading teams in delivering successful projects.

Sandeep Mishra, M.Tech (IIT), MBA (Finance & Marketing), boasts a remarkable career spanning 25 years, marked by strategic leadership roles in India and South East Asia, including C-level positions at multi-billion-dollar organizations in the telecom and tech sectors. A seasoned professional, Sandeep has successfully established multiple digital and AI organizations, steering them to financial success across diverse sectors encompassing both consumer and enterprise segments. His strategic acumen has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the business landscape, contributing to the growth and profitability of the organizations he has served. Beyond professional achievements, Sandeep is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and green energy, driven by a genuine desire for a cleaner, sustainable future. With a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success, he stands as an invaluable asset, offering strategic vision and operational excellence to any fortunate organization.

Gargi Singh is a Leader with 17+ years of experience across the Telecom and Consumer electronics sectors. Some of her fortes are Product Development, Customer Experience Design, Transformation, Account management, Customer Lifecycle Management, Operations, training, and Quality Assurance. She has worked with the leading brand in managerial positions such as LG, Bajaj, Bharti-Airtel, Aegis etc. She was the core member of a team that was setting up India’s first Bharti DTH call centre with a capacity of two hundred-seater, which the team accomplished in a short span of six months. She has completed a six sigma (Green belt) project on reducing power consumption in office spaces. Her passion for green energy leads her to start with EV Spot Charge Pvt Ltd.

Mr Rishit Naik carries 10 years+ experience in Business Development, Project Estimation, Tender, Contract and Operation Management in the GCC region. He has worked on multi-million-dollar worth of international projects for major companies in the oil & gas, energy, public and private sectors.

He is a sports enthusiast and played different sports at various levels. Mr Naik belongs to a farmer lineage and carries high values for the environment and green energy. He is a founding member of EV Spot Charge Pvt Ltd and is passionate to promote green energy in developed and developing economies.

Mr. Shishir Kant has over 20 years of experience involving project conceptualization and planning, technical and financial evaluation, engineering and construction management, contract management and risk mitigation, claims and disputes analysis and resolution, arbitration and litigation support, and expert testimony. He has testified as an expert in quantum and delay matters in numerous arbitrations. His project experience includes highways and tollways, roads and bridges, infrastructure development, real estate, development of institutional and industrial complex, and oil and gas manufacturing projects, having costs ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 1 Billion. He has served as a claims analyst on numerous construction projects and has testified in court, as well as in Indian and international arbitration.

Mr. Rohit Singhal has over 24 years of international experience involving construction contract disputes, expert testimony, and project management. He has extensive arbitration and expert appointment experience and has been appointed as an expert witness more than 50 times on delay, technical and quantum matters for construction arbitrations. He has presented and published numerous articles and undertaken several speaking assignments on the subjects of claims, schedule and damage analyses, and claims prevention in construction and engineering projects. He has testified in courts, international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, SIAC & DIAC), and also acted as a court-appointed expert.

Mr. Singhal is a Gold Medalist in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. He has been awarded the prestigious “Outstanding Expert of the Year Award 2019” by International Arbitrators & Experts in Engineering Sector (IAEE), UAE.

Mr. Sarvesh Verma is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Business Development and a deep understanding of the EV charging industry. Graduating from the prestigious IIT Delhi, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as the Head of Business Development in the EV charging business.

He has demonstrated his proficiency in various aspects of business development, including project estimation, tender management, contract negotiations, and operation management. Sarvesh holds deep-rooted values for the environment and green energy. His commitment to this cause is driven by a genuine desire to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable future.
